Requirements
- 2+ years of estimating experience in excavation, earthwork, or related fields
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with estimating tools/software a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong communication skills for client interaction
